Who does this song, "Peekaboo"?

I just love this song, but I have missed hearing who the performer/artist/whatever is ever single time!

It's kind of "alternative" pop rock. There's a marching band type music in the back ground, a woman sings "peeeeeEEkaboo" over and over and the main lyrics are "jeepers, creepers, where'd you get those peepers, jeepers, creepers, where'd you get those eyes."

Anyone know who does this?
