Any Pain Relievers that are HFCS free??

I'm so annoyed about the Tylenol/Motrin recall b/c DD could tolerate those. All of the store brands I've seen have High Fructose Corn Syrup in them and DD is sensitive to corn.

What does everyone else use? Any natural ones anyone can recommend??

Oh, I should probably mention she's 2 1/2 and uses the children's kind, not infant drops.

TIA,
Barbara

We just switched DS to children's motrin, but always use the target store dye-free kind. When I went to get the children's instead of the infants found that it had HFCS in it! I was so irked, come to find out so many of them do. I did find that the wegmans brand (top care?) has a dye-free motrin that doesn't have HFCS, and so does the rite-aid brand. There are still some nasty ingredients in it, but there are times (like right now with DS teething) that we need to use it.

I'm not sure what you need to relieve, but if it is for teething, I would suggest hylands teething tablets. We normally use those first, and then motrin if it is really bad. They have a whole line of other products too.

We can't use Motrin because DD2 vomits every time. We use dye free Benadryl liquid, I use Advil liquid gels, and DD2 (5yo) and DS (10yo) both use Tylenol dye free infant drops (in the right dosage for their weight). I don't think I've found another one that's worked. Luckily they don't need it very often.

Thanks! I'll check Wegman's and Rite Aid. It's not for teething. We've both been sick and I've been achy w/ a slight fever. If I'm achy, she must be, too. We're actually feeling better so she probably doesn't need it now (go figure!). But it's still good to know.

And good to know that I can still give her the Tylenol Infant drops even at an older age. I know she can tolerate that.

thanks!
