Summer Sale... Careful now!!

We all get carried away when summer comes around. Summer Sale! Back to School Sale! Buy one Get One Free!! Yes I look forward to those Sale. However we have the tendency to buy what we don't need when we go to a SALE!! We see something we like, not necessarily something we need and we say oh well its a sale I might need it one day anyway and we buy it". Then we do our budget further down the year and we realized that we went over the limit. Why? How come? Its because of those enticing Sale isn't it?


I hope I got my point across, basically I just want to say be frugal and stick to your budget during the summer sale excitement.

Yes! I find it is best to make a paper list of needs we have and carry it in my purse. Then when I get the shopping bug and see SALE! above the door I can shop judiciously.

The answer for me is to stay out of stores for the most part. I also purposely don't read the flyers that come in the mail, they go straight to the recycling bin usually. If I'm specifically looking for something, then I might browse sales, but only with a list in hand. I finally realized that I save a lot more money by NOT buying anything that I do constantly browsing sales
