Blend for soaker/longies?

My brain isn't working efficiently this morning and google seems to have failed me...

I have some yarn that is 85% Wool/15% mohair.

Will this work for a soaker? Not sure what the mohair would do (if anything) to the absorbency...

I think this should be fine. Peace Fleece is a mohair/wool blend and sworn by many to be bullet proof.

yes that will work but if it is lambs pride brand (the only wool/mohair blend my lys carries in solids) keep in mind that they use moth repellent on it.
