pump pieces and bottles? Baby will be 3 weeks old tomorrow...

Hot, soapy water, a good rinse to get all the soap off, and air drying-- that's all we ever did.

I think the recommendation is to do so before the first time you use them.

healthy term baby? i personaly wouldn't. health issues or premature i would consider case by case.
