BFing friendly anti-inflammatory instead of Naprosyn

I have a bad case of Runner's Knee and the orthopedic surgeon I saw today told me to start taking this. After the snickers and odd looks I got for saying I still nursed my 18 month old son, they told me to ask my OB if it was safe.

Kellymom says its potentially dangerous.

Does anyone have an alternative? Thanks!

I took voltaren (diclofenac) while nursing a newborn. I read Hale's and was find with the (minimal) risks. Baby did well (and I recovered!) I took it for about 3 weeks around the clock.
