Swollen Lymph Node

My 6 yo dd has has a series of 5ish ear infections this year. Her last ear infection was at the end of May/beginning of June and her lymph nodes have been swollen since then.

I have taken her to our chiro several times and massage the lymph nodes every night, per my chiro, to help drainage. But, she still has them.

Should I be more worried about this? I also think the swelling is causing her to cough at night...but that's just a theory.

Let me know what I should do.

Does she drink a lot of dairy? From what I've read and learned in allergy is ear infections can be a sign of a dairy sensitivity. I also had ear infections growing up constantly until my mom removed milk. It something to consider.

Castor oil packs are supposed to be good for swollen lymph nodes. Panserbjorne recommended that actually. Also have your daughter jump on a trampoline or mini one(rebounder) That is supposed to be very cleansing for lymph nodes as is dry skin brushing.

She does do dairy and we've eliminated it (OK most of it) since her last ear infection. I'm moving towards raw milk for my family and wonder if that will "help."

What is dry skin brushing? I have castor oil here. This may be a silly question, but how do you make the pack?

i make castor oil packs with a paper towel with oil on it and some plastic wrap taped over it. add a heating pad on top to help speed things up.
