For those of you that have employed a nanny or other full time care provider for your kids, do you have any favorite interview questions or important pieces of information that you share with them.
My DD1 has previously been in a daycare center, but we're hoping to have someone stay at our house with both of the kids now. (some of the people that we're interview would be bringing their own small child with them to work every day, others don't have children).
Especially if you are of the gentle discipline variety, how do you ensure that your careprovider will use similar techniques when its not the norm in your community?
