CLO absorption through skin?

I've heard of this but I'm looking for more information. I've heard that our bodies absorb the D well. Would this be a substitute for supplementing with D for exclusively breastfed babies? Does anyone know how well the A is absorbed or the omega-3's? What would be the dosage if my toddler doesn't want to eat it anymore?

If you are looking for a D supplement, many of us use Carlson's D drops. They are simple to give, and very basic in formulation, just D3 and coconut oil.

I'm not sure about the absorbing through the skin, but we use the Carlson's drops and they are super easy. You could put a drop on a little spoon, or right on the boob, for an exclusively bf baby. And for a toddler, you could mix clo (or the d drops) in juice/water, applesauce, yogurt.... the possibilities are endless!
