What does it mean? It means you have a problem you're trying to solve.
You sound like you have some anxiety issues. It's pretty normal when you're feeling bad, especially when you have anxiety, to start casting around for a solution and then latch on to one solution as a cure-all or savior.

You might want to talk to a therapist so that you can get some guidance on all of your options for solving your anxiety problem.

You do have lots of options -- talk therapy (and there are lots of kinds of talk therapy), diet and exercise, medication, herbal supplements.

If you're looking for something to help right this very minute, a cardio exercise program for 30 minutes a day is as effective as SSRI's in relieving depression and anxiety.

If you can't do 30 minutes of cardio at one shot, you might want to try a training program like a Couch to 5K program. They mix running and walking.
