Substitute for heart2heart bottom support cushion?

I just got an Ergo heart2heart infant insert on eBay and after I left my positive feedback was looking over the instructions online and saw that there is supposed to be a bottom support cushion for the insert. According to ErgoBaby, it is not OK to use the insert without the cushion, and they don't sell it separately.

I've emailed the eBay seller, but I'm not expecting anything. Do you have any ideas for what I could use instead of the official Ergo bottom support cushion?

What? It didn't come with it? Ridiculous! I do hope the seller sends you it or refunds you your money

You could probably use a small rolled up towel in the meantime? A rolled up t-shirt?

Update... the seller just sent me the bottom support at her expense. She said she just forgot... and she is a new seller so I believe her. Thank you for your reply! Luckily the baby isn't here yet so I didn't have to test a substitute.
