I am assuming and hoping that this child will be receiving therapy and that you will have ongoing support and training as well?

Yes and yes. We have monthly trainings, and if he were placed he'd be receiving therapies and whatever else was needed, and if family or individual therapy was needed by us we'd get that, too.

If I did not have any first hand experience with attachment issues, then no I would not take a child in this age range who is already diagnoised with RAD.
