Replacing elastic in a T&T dipe?

My Dream-Eze dipes are all turned and top-stitched. I'm anticipating this is going to be a serious pain to repair the elastic. But I just bought a dipe off DS with undisclosed shot elastic and I really can't justify tossing the dipe, since it's otherwise in decent shape.

But none of the tutes I've seen are for T&T dipes. I've replaced elastic in dipes that were just turned and not topstitched, but I'm not sure how to reasonably do it with a T&T dipe without destroying the dipe.
