Pail recs for a wet pail?

I tried dry pail with DD and we didn't like it. We found a wet pail with a minimal amount of water and a sploosh of vinegar worked best.

Now, with baby coming anyday, i find that our old diaper pail is broken.

Is there a diaper pail that works well as a wet pail? (Genie, Champ, Dekor, etc) or should i shop around for some sort of trash bin?

I'd love something with a foot pedal thing for handsfree opening, and a snug fitting lid would be good.

Any recommendations?

and handles would be good too! DH has to carry it down stairs to the washer

I didn't have a wet pail but we used a round metal trash can from walmart that had a foot pedal, tight lid, and a lift out bucket with a handle. Made a great diaper pail for under $20.

I dont use a wet pail either. I use a little beetle xl wool bag that hangs from the changing table, its essentially a laundry bag to when its time to wash I just grab the ties on it and go. I swear It has NEVER EVER smelled! it works great! i've neve even had to lanolize it!
