New to homemade Kefir

Thread Starter
I've made a batch of kefir, and it's too sour for my liking. I'd use it like buttermilk for pancakes or muffins, except that I've recently gone grain-free. I could make it for the kids, of course. My question is this: What are some grain-free, sugar-free options for using overripe kefir?
