OK, stupid question.
Is there anyplace I can go to see if anyone has replied in a thread that I have contributed to? I feel like there should be, but I can't seem to find it. Or, can I have email notifications?

There are a couple of options, you can subscribe to a thread and get email notifications. You can find this option under "Thread Tools" above the OP.

Or you can go to the User CP and you should have threads there that you have posted to, and can check from there.
