It doesn't happen very often but once in awhile I get contacted and go to respond and either the email must have been entered incorrectly (working on adding a confirmation for this) or the mailbox is full of the person who sent it.
Sometimes I'm able to go to their website if they have one and find an alternative email or to confirm it, but what if there isn't another option? I hate not responding because I don't want someone thinking I'm ignoring them either. lol.
