impetigo...

somy dd2 is 4 1/2 and has impetigo. i have been puting pascalite clay on it and it helps the sores very much. they dont bubble and there is no yellow pus or anything. the ones she has are going away but new ones are still coming. she lakes vitamin d and c i am giving like almost a gram of c a day and 2000 units 9i think of d (5 drops of carlesons baby d) she also takes the pascalite internally and B12. I intend to give ecimnacea and zinc tomorrow and maybe propolis . any other help. we have a 12 hour intenational flight in 1 1/2 weeks so it needs to be gone (i think) i dont like the idea of flying with open sores. thanks friends, gila

Rinsing with diluted vinegar has always worked well when my dc have had impetigo. You can also try diluted tea tree oil.

thanks for responding plaid leopard. would you mind explaining what you mean by works well. how long did it take to heal? I have also been doing baths with bath salts. those help alot.
