Few days up to a week. =)

I'd say 5-7 days. Not that it would last that long in my fridge

I wouldn't go longer than a week. Of course in my own personal fridge, I would only give it about a day, max. I love hummus!

I have tried hummus one time, it was Sabra brand from Winn Dixie and it was disgusting.

So OP what is your recipe? My sister loves garbanzo beans so I would love to attempt to make it if it is better than the crap from the grocery store lol...*GAG*

Trust me, grocery store hummus is never good. I have tried a lot of them and they are all gross. I get mine from the Mediterranean (is that spelled right???) Market. Yum! I would make it myself, but my food processor is in storage at the moment.
