OK. I know its not the healthiest stuff, but I love mayo. On a lot of diff things. I decided to try to make my own since I am trying to get rid of processed food from my diet.
Well, I ended up with a whiteish thicker bottom layer with a clearish top liquid layer.
I wisked the heck out of it & added the oil slooowly.
Any thoughts?
Oh yeah, I tried Alton Browns recipie.
