thirsties duo fit???

i just got 2 thirstie's duo covers (size 2 with snaps) and they fit so poorly! i'm so disappointed. am i missing something??

dd is 11 mo, about 20 lbs and has a really trim middle with some fairly chunky thighs.... but the fit issue is more at the waist than around the legs.

I assume you've adjusted the rise and played with it a bit to try to find the best fit? I like that the Thirsties Duo Wraps have the velcro tabs that can be overlapped for a very adjustable fit. Do the snaps on the snap version overlap, too?

If they are still too big, perhaps he'd fit better in the size 1 for now. Sometimes skinny babies run behind the size charts a bit, since they're thin for their weight.
