Good First Birthday Gifts?

My daughter is turning 1 next month and I'm not sure what to get her. We have 2 older boys (5 and 8) so we have a lot of toys already - baby dolls, blocks, toy vehicles of many sizes, bean bags, balls... I've got a few ideas but I'm mostly looking for other ideas to scan to make sure there isn't something out there that I'll see a month after her birthday and say, "oh, THAT would have been perfect!"

My ideas -

a small wooden car or truck (we have hot wheels and big trucks, but nothing just a little bigger than hot wheels...i was thinking like plan toys maybe?)

some different sized balls (we have lottle toddler balls that fit in 1 hand and one heavy musical leap frog ball that's only good for rolling...thought maybe a bigish ball that she could hold with 2 hands and throw)

leather soled shoes (don't have any yet and she is walking now)

a bilibo (?? they say 2 and up but from reviews I've read I think she would like it now...)

felt play food...we already have tons of plastic play food though, so that would feel kind of redundant...

a sand and/or water table (I think she would really love something like this...but wouldn't she get just as much enjoyment from a couple inches of water in a large pan or rubbermade box and another rubbermade with sand in it?)

hmmmm...would love some ideas

With my second, I did a few upgrades that we had. Some stuff had been recalled. I got some "fancy blocks" (haba), a better shape sorter (love the post office one from Wonderworld), a new ball, and water table. We didn't have one before. And 20 cans of play dough. =)

My 16mo loves things he can drag around (small rake or shovel or push-toy, anything around 2-3' that he can drag really!)

Also loves his "bike" which my in-laws got him (never would've picked it out myself but he LOVES it for walks) It's a Little Tikes 3-in-1 Trike or something like that.

And his table (small picnic table)...

water toys

tools... as long as they look EXACTLY like Daddy's...

He's not a big fan of toys but those are probably the winners. Oh and books, he LOVES LOVES LOVES reading books...
