I wear ear plugs to shower with, but I got water in my ear yesterday while playing in a sprinkler. 
I have a lot of scar tissue in this ear, as I have had many problems/surgeries. I tried using some rubbing alcohol in it once and the neighbors could hear me screaming
So that isn't an option. Is there any other way I can do this? I don't want it to become infected. I thought about trying a hair dryer.
