Help Me With a Nighttime Combo

I am having night time diaper issues. I have 2 sons, ages 1 and 2. They both currently wear FB medium pockets stuffed with a MF and a hemp insert (sometimes 2 hemp or 2 MF). My older son rarely leaks, maybe 1 time in the past year. My younger? It is like every other night! I don't know if it is a fit issue or what but I need to figure out something else. I can't afford to buy anything new right now so these are the things I have to work with:
- brown edged GMD prefolds
- yellow edged GMD prefolds
- blueberry one size pockets
- rumparooz one size pockets
- blueberry one size coveralls
- dancing bears night time covers
- assorted MF and hemp inserts

I can get a few new diapers in a month or 2.... so any suggestions of things to try are also welcome!

Have you tried a yellow edged prefold inside a brown edged prefold, in either your dancing bears or blueberry coveralls covers?

Yeah, my little one didn't seem overly thrilled with it... maybe if I put a fleece liner it would help?
