Parenting Plan Changes?

Thread Starter
For those experienced with the court systems, could you tell me if I could do the following?

I want to file a new permanent parenting plan with the court for consideration. Will I need an attorney to do this, or will the judge consider the plan without an attorney?

Please provide some thoughtful comments here on how I could go about this. I'm not able to hire an attorney now, but I am working on an attorney who did work for a friend of mine...and didn't charge a thing.

Thanks!

No advice...just GOOD LUCK. I really hope it works out.

You can file an OSC to modify custody/visitation. In my state it would have to go through mediation first.
