Going back to work tomorrow

Not really looking for advice or anything, you guys have already given me tons of tips in other threads I've posted. Just some commiseration.

Going back tomorrow. Full time. DD in daycare from 7:45-5:45. These other people will to be with her far more than I will during the week. And that HURTS.

I freakin' hate the US' lack of maternity coverage sometimes. I'm grateful that I got 12 weeks off... but I could really use much more time. Maybe until she doesn't seem quite so fragile?

Blah.

That's all.

Thanks for listening.

I think FMLA is a joke too. 12 weeks, unpaid....how is that a "benefit"???

US is notorious about not supporting parents. It really is sad.

How'd it go?

I hope your day went well, I'm not looking forward to experiencing that either.. I will have 6 weeks of disability (so, partial pay), as we cannot afford for me to take unpaid time off.
