Thrifty, simple, DIY home decor blogs/websites?

I need inspiration. We are moving in a few weeks into our 3rd home in 2 years. We are renting, but will be staying in this one for a couple of years. We are sick of moving!! So I want to make this place more homey, more us. I am tired of living in a world of temporary. I have purged, purged, and purged some more. If I don't want to move it, I won't be packing it. Our home will be only what we really need and use, and I will make it organized. The last time we moved we could not fit it all on one truck. It was eye opening and embarrassing. This time will be different.

I need some visual inspiration so I can a) paint before we move in, and b) keep my vision in mind when I am packing. I need a goal so I am more inspired to get rid of things.

So. What are your favorite sites for inspiration?

I don't live in an apartment, but I just LOVE the above website for inspiration. IKEA catalogs always inspire me, too.
