My son was 3 when he had a full evaluation/diagnosis.
Due to some changing behaviors and difficulty with the school he will be going back to, I'm getting him another full evaluation. The neuropsych that tested him back then suggested another eval after a couple years but I thought that was a bit extreme.
So, tomorrow and Wednesday I will drive an hour each way for the neuropsych eval. It's with a different doc but at the same center.
Ds was sick on Saturday and he hates long car rides so I'm really hoping everything goes ok. It will be 3 hrs on Monday and then another 3 hours on Wednesday.
My little guy isn't exactly patient and cooperative so this should be interesting.
Has anyone else had another eval done years after the first? Did the diagnosis stay the same?
