best PUL diaper cover?

I will be traveling and not have laundry available, so I'm looking for some covers that are wipe-clean, so I don't have to wash by hand as much. Which do you recommend and why?
My ds will be 3.5 mo, when we go; he's 2 mo and 12.25 lbs now, so I'm guessing he'll be 13-14 lbs by then. He's big bellied but has a skinny butt and a long waist.
I'm planning to take my flats and a few homemade wool covers, but I also want a PUL option for use with disposable inserts (I'm thinking the new GroVia biosoakers).

I really like Bummi's Superbrites. They fit my babe really well - he is a fairly trim little guy so far, and the smalls have fit him from about 10lbs (he is somewhere in the neighborhood of 16lbs now, and the smalls still fit very well!). I also like that they have deep gussets, so there is plenty of room for the prefold in there, and they wipe clean really easily. We only use our three favorite covers, and have no problem lasting the 2-3 days between washes with just the three.

I also have Bumkins, Thirsties, and Imse Vimse covers. Bumkins don't have any elastic or gathering at the waist=hate. Thirsties fit weird... and the PUL isn't as thick and easy to clean as the Bummi's. Our Imse Vimse are still a little too big, so I can't give a review just yet - but they aren't wipe-clean so they probably aren't what you are looking for.

have you looked at proraps? They are pretty wipe cleanable if need be. They have leg gussets so imo they hold explosive poop in awesome, I used with prefolds. Plus they dry very easily in fact Im pretty ocd about re using a cover, I just like using a *fresh * one each time but these are easily washed out and dry super fast because of the materials.

I love the Blueberry one size. It is slick on the inside but have never had the need to just wipe them out so not sure how well it works. I have the issue with all the different covers I have used is even if poo didn;t get on them they still held onto the odor of it.

I LOVE Thirsties wraps. The gusset is a life-saver. Otherwise we always have wet leg holes on her onesies. It's super easy to wipe clean as well.

I'm not a Thirsties fan, ime they do not hold up as long as Prowraps. My favorite are Bummies Super Whisper though.

I love Thirsties covers, they are my favorite. But for wipe-ability, I would go with Prowraps. We rinsed and hung dry those so many times with DS was a newborn because we didn't have a washer.

Bummis Super Brites are perfect for wiping clean! My DD is 10 months and just over 16 pounds and the smalls still fit great. The prints are really fun too!

Another vote for Thirsties Duos! I LOVE them! I've never had a leak that was caused by the cover (just the dipe but that's a different topic). They come in really fun colors and are super easy to get clean. And, they dry really quickly when you need them most.
