Glass or silicone baby bottles?

I need to replace the bottles that I used for my first baby due to the BPA in them... I was looking into the glass bottles as I am having a hard time convincing myself to buy more plastic. I went to the natural parenting store and they told me about the Innobaby silicone bottles and said people
really like them. She said they are made of surgical grade silicone and
the nipples are shaped more like "real" nipples, they're stretchy and have 5 different stages, so they are supposed to be good for breastfed babies. http://www.innobaby.com/Nursin-SMART...tle_p_103.html We plan to mostly breastfeed but I still want a few bottles on hand in case we need them. Does anyone have experience with either the glass or the silicone bottles?
Thanks!

We used glass bottles with DD and I loved them (she hated them, but she hated bottles in general). I was really freaked out about breaking one, but after dropping the third one and causing more damage to my feet than the bottle I realised they weren't going to break.

We've been using the glass bottles (Born Free) for 9 mos now. Never broken one. Even when a 2 yo recently dropped it onto concrete at the playground.

I would use glass. they wash up so, so nice, look brand new after forever! And, they really don't break that easy. We use evenflo glass because they are cheap.

One thing-- every single bottle out there has some advert on it saying it's closer to breast. Although we used the breastflow for a bit when my son had an atrocious latch, I think that nearly any slow flow nipple should be good.

We used evenflo glass bottles because they were the only ones that I could find three years ago. They are pretty durable & you can get a cover for them. But, we have broken many, many bottles. It's not been that big of a deal, but our babysitter requested we take plastic to her house because she has tile floors. They have never broken on our hardwood floors.

I also love how easy they are to clean.

we also use the evenflo glass and love them.

We have broke a few (3 maybe) we've had them for 2.5 years. We have some of the covers for them too and depending on where the bottles are being used I'll put them on for extra protection.

I've seen glass bottles that have a silicone cover on them. I would use those if I had to use bottles.
They're called: Babylife Weego Bottle

Those are cool silicone bottles; it seems like they are trying to mimic the playtex dropin style. They do seem pricey, so maybe you can see it in person? I would just worry that you'd spend the money on the fancy bottle, and then the baby refuses it.

I'd just do glass - its what we used for both boys (have a whopping 3 bottles. Never have broken one :P
