soy isoflavones & RED CLOVER?

Hi,

I’m thinking of trying soy isoflavones next cycle but without going too far out of my way I can only find pills that are 40mg isoflavones and 100mg Red clover....

Now I feel fine with the isoflavones mg but I don’t have any experience with Red clover... this is where I need all of your help..

Will it be helpful?
What does it do ?
Is 100mg a large dose?
Do any of you take red clover in any forms?

Any info you have on Red clover would be helpful I don’t really want to take something that I don’t need or have to along with the isoflavones...

THANKS

I take infusions of dried red clover during my FP - basically 1oz of red clover to 1 quart of boiling water steeped for 4 hours.

I don't have any cycle issues (that I'm aware of, just starting TTC #2 now), but the months that I've taken this infusion faithfully in my FP, my LP lengthened 2 days - from 13 to 15 days. I also experienced lessened LP "symptoms". My skin was clear, breasts did not get as sore, etc.

I don't have any experience with soy isoflavones, but I O on the early side anyway (CD12). It's more of a tonic, like RRL - Susun Weed has a lot of good things to say about it and I trust her http://www.herbshealing.com/

Not much of a help
