Bday gift ideas for 5year old boy

Any suggestions would be much appreciated. So far one set of grandparents is giving a bike. He asked for a Bruder Hay Baler attachment for his tractor and he wants a logging truck(no clue where to find that!) I was also thinking Playmobil or maybe a larger sized Pottery Barn Anywhere Chair (from grandparents). But ANY ideas would be awesome!
he loves dogs and playing pretend with his stuffed dogs

I'd go with stuff to go with the bike - new helmet, if warranted; water bottle and water bottle cage; kid-sized cycling gloves.

I found a Bruder logging truck here. Looks very cool!

I don't have a DS but my DD is also 5. Her favorites aren't particularly "girly" so I'll give this a shot. Does he like dress-up? DD has a superhero cape similar to these. She wears it nearly every day. She spends a lot of time lately making up stories for her finger puppets. We have a little puppet stage like this that she really loves. If he has a play kitchen (or you think he'd like to start one), Etsy has some awesome play food and accessories. DD can spend very long stretches of time having picnics with her stuffed friends.

Playmobil is awesome and will last a long time. Legos are a big hit around here too. Um, Imaginex has some good toys out...DS has the Playmobil barn and imaginex fire department. He's really into them. DS (3 years) and nephew (10) can play nicely with those. Also, matchbox has some good sets that seem like they might be the next best thing to entertain a couple of young boys.

Also, he got an RC car for his birthday that he loves. Prolly won't last long, but a good toy for now.

My ds is about to turn 5 and he loves dogs too, and his stuffed dogs. Build a Bear has some great accessories for stuffed dogs. My kids have the leash and collar sets (they work on any stuffed dogs) and they also have dog bowls from the $1 aisle at Target. Ds has the Build a Bear dog house/dog bed on his birthday list.

Ds also loves any kind of dress up/pretend and on his birthday list are things like an Iron Man costume, a Ben 10 Omnitrix, Batman cape, etc. He likes to dress up like the hero on his favorite shows (Super Hero Squad, Ben 10, and Batman the Brave and the Bold).

Dinosaur figurines are big on his list this year too, as well as books about dinosaurs and a dinosaur game for his Leapster.
