Does anyone know, if I have a wheat/gluten sensetivity (i'm still trying to figure out how severe) would wheat beer be off limits? or does the brewing process change the wheat enough that it wouldn't be an issue? Oh this stuff is so confusing!!!

I don't think I commented b/c I was off researching and then forgot to come back to it. I have been gluten-free for 3 weeks now, and my headaches and sinus problems are gone. This after I was taking advil and zyrtec-d pretty much daily, and was attributing it to allergies from the dust and weather here. Wish I had figured this out years ago.
