weird temp shift after O?

I've gotten 3 med temps after I think O'd, which has never happened to me before. Usually it goes 97.0 (O), then 97.4, then 97.7 or higher and stays high. This time it went 97.0, then 97.4 for 3 days now. Is that still considered normal or have I not O'd yet? My high temps are always 97.7 and above.

It really depends on your previous temps from this month-- although temps tend to be pretty stable if you average all of them out (like the average of a whole month's worth) your coverline can change month to month. A conservative rule would be that it is 4/10s above the previous 6 temps. For more in depth analysis, you could post your chart on Charting to Avoid, the ladies there are really good!

thanks. I only temp nearing ovulation, because my cycles are always 28 days now (regulated after a m/c). I got another med temp this morning, 97.5. So I guess this is my new normal, at least for this cycle.
