softer prefolds?

I use prefolds exclusively. The ones I have from 10 years ago, from my son, are soooo much softer than the ones I bought for my daughter now, which drives me nuts. I do NOT remember where I ordered the soft ones from, it was 10 years ago after all. The ones I have now I got from green mountain diaper, and from little lions. Those both feel about the same. They are almost rough, rather than soft. The stitching is a tiny bit different too. Does anyone know who has the softest prefolds now? I prefer bleached. I'm going to need more soon and i want soft ones!

The softest PFs I have are a bamboo fleece. Unfortunately it doesn't take a snappi. After that, my UtN pfs are super soft. Love em. Unfortunately, they're hard to find and really expensive. Vermont diapers are supposed to be excellent, also.

I bought clotheez prefolds from greenmountain diapers and they are soft but they became softer after many washes. Little beetle and clover makes organic velour prefo,ds but they are pricey!. I have one little beetle prefold, it is really soft but I think its too thick and bulky

I always hear GMD have the softest indian PFs. Personally, I've gotten some really soft ones from LL, but it depends on the batch. What does make a HUGE difference is my soap, when I switched to Country Save they became noticably softer.
