where to go after C25K

I am really enjoying running but I need some sort of program to follow. I am trying to lose weight at the same time so building distance is great. I can really only fit in 3 runs a week and perhaps a cross training day. I am looking into doing a running room clinic in August but in the mean time I want to keep up my running. Any ideas as to where to go from here?

They have similar programs, such as c 2 10k or training plans for specific races like a half marathon or something. You can find them online fairly easy, and you can adapt them to fit your schedule.

There is also a Bridge to 10 K designed specifically for people who have done C25K and want to go further. I have heard they are working on half marathon and marathon training programs too!

I'm in the middle of a 10K training program and it has been gradual yet enough of a challenge to keep me interested. Just google "10K training" and pick the program that meets your skill level.
