3 yr old having "accidents" after visiting grandma?

Hi there, my DS1 is 3 and has been pretty solidly potty trained for the last oh... 4 or 5 months now. Except for the first day or so after seeing grandma. We can go all week, w/o a single accident untill we see my mother, and then while she's here he'll have an accident, and for the day after she leaves he'll have accidents. Its bizzare. Its like she makes him think that accidents are perfectly A-OK and almost expected... and then he has to get back in the swing of NOT having accidents after she leaves, which seems to take a solid 24-48 hours. Its freaking wierd.

Anyone have any thoughts? Ways to avoid this?? Like, seriously, he hasn't seen grandma in 2 weeks till sunday, was there in the evening on sunday (actually spent the night - I had calling hours & funeral on sunday/monday for my grandma ) saw her for a few hours in the morning on monday, and then today peed his pants twice. For the first time in like 2.5 weeks!! Help!!

Does he eat/drink anything different when she comes? More sugar? More juice? Soda? Something with different ingredients than usual? Anything like that?
