Non-stop rash

DD (12mo) has been in cloth for about 4-5 weeks now. She's had a non-stop rash, it gets better, but doesn't completely go away, then comes back again, then sometimes it gets worse. It's all over her bottom, including up by her waist, pretty much the entire area the diaper covers. She had a mild rash before I started CDing, but it's gotten worse. I put her is disposibles for a week and caked on the diaper cremes, but they didn't clear it up either. I took DD to the doctor who told me it was yeast, and gave me some cream (which I can't find!!!) Anyway, that cream didn't clear up the diaper rash completely either.

So, I'm lost about what to do. I thought about it being the detergent, I've changed the detergent 4x and it's all the same, plus I wash her clothes in different detergents and she's never had a reaction.

Do I need to do something special to the diapers if she has a yeast infection? Any ideas on how to clear this up? Thanks!

Thought I'd add what detergents I've been using:
Wisk, Tide, Method-free/clear, and Costco environmental. My wash routine is cold prewash in little deterg, hot wash w/little deterg, 2 cold rinses. Usually hang dry, but sometimes they get tossed in the dryer. I'm using a combo of BG AIO, BG AIO OS organic, FB, Swaddlebees (pocket ones), and some Rouser's Trouser's old diapers.

Are these dipes used or new to you?

The first thing you have to do with yeast is get it out of your dipes. Bleach is one option, although I don't think it's compatible with PUL. Sun is another option, as is boiling (not with PUL or snaps).

If these dipes were bought used, I'd probably strip them to start, just in case there was anything lingering that she's reacting to.

I'm not familiar with all the dipes you listed, but are they all synthetic inners? Some babies are sensitive to synthetics, and a rash that covers the entire area that is covered by the diaper makes me think contact reaction.

The BG and FB diapers are all new to me. The Swaddlebees and others are ones someone gave me.

All have synthetic lining I think, except the Rouser's Trouser's has a hemp (?) snap-in liner. Oh and the BG organic is cotton inside.

What I did tonight was in the cold prewash, I dumped a capful of bleach into the water. Then I washed hot, and on the first cold rinse I added 1/4 cup or so of vinegar, and then rinsed it again cold.

I'm hoping this will kill the yeast off.
