UPDATED TO HERE

Welcome Ladies!!!

On another note we have had such a hard past month. With June being very dissappointing to most of us and now July is starting off slow so I wanted to share some good news with everyone and maybe it will lift our baby making spirits. I do not know how many of you remember I had a long cycle 51 days with no ovulation(which is normal for me) so I was so upset I didn't even get my TWW, but I started the metformin last month and figured well it will take a few cycles to get going, Then out of no where I actually O'ed yesterday!! How exciting I am in my TWW so there is hope for me after all. I do not expect to get BFP this month but atleast I am in the running!!! See ladies so there is light at the end of tunnel for all of us. Without metformin I maybe O once a year. And to top that off it only took 1000mg a day to get me here. Most women with PCOS have to take 1500 to 3000 mg of metformin!!! YEAH

chart

by the way just for fun let me know how many DPO you think I am. I am guessing 1 but my big dip was 2 days ago. I think it was yesterday because after DTD my body decided to keep all of DH's swimmer YUK!!! TMI TMI

Hi! I'd love to join this thread!

I am 28, and we are just beginning to TTC #1. I have been off BC for over a year, but we have just recently stopped all measures of prevention. I do not currently chart, so we are just taking a casual approach for now - mainly since our maternity insurance doesn't kick in until December. I am excited to get to know you ladies!

ZoeJane'sMommy, great to hear you've ovulated! I finally got a + OPK this morning (CD22), so O should happen in the next couple days for me as well. Hopefully, we can be cycle buddies!

sellendie, welcome and lots of luck!

Sweet.Bee That would be so great!! I am wondering though depending on the day I O'ed my due date will be March 29th - April 1st!! Crazy Huh.
ZoeJane'sMommy, what day do you think you Oed?

My temp was still low this morning, but I'm getting O pains now, so I may O today, which would put my EDD at April 1st. If I end up pregnant this cycle, I will probably join the March and April DDCs because my son came almost 2 weeks early, so he wasn't even born in the month of his EDD.

I think I o'd two days ago so that would put me at 2dpo and I think my due date would be March 30th! Yeah my daughter was actually 5 days late so I am wondering if maybe I should do the same?? But that depends if I am even prego. Which this is only cycle 3, so I am not going to get too down if I get a BFN, I am just so stinking excited that I o'd(my first o since trying) that I could pee my pants......................lol not really.

Hey does anyone know why FF has not put my cross hairs on yet? I have had two up temps does it take 3?
Erica: Looks like you O'd on the 20th and you should get crosshairs tomorrow if your temp stays up, that is great Erica!

Ok girls, it looks we are being pretty quiet this month!! Lets get in here and update everyone on how we are doing.

I woke up this morning knowing my temp would still be up and I would finally get my cross hairs on FF, well guess what my temp is down a whold 0.1 degree this morning. Does this mean I did not O. I know sometimes your temp drops but would it drop this close to O???? Please help.

Zoe: Looks like you didn't O yet this month... what a drag!

I am like phsycho woman today, AF has hit really hard... here's my confusing stuff this month:
If you look at my chart now you will see ovulation on CD 18 because I went ahead and put my positive OPK back on my chart BUT if I take it out I get ovulation on CD13 which is much more normal for me and it looks like the temp shift happened then... but then again why would I get a positive OPK days later? I started some light bleeding this evening, just a little brown stuff so I am pretty sure that AF is here but I still want to know what went on this cycle especially because it would mean that my luteal phase went down to 10 days this cycle. Either way it is a little odd this time around.

Feel free to send your thoughts my way.

Ojazzy....thanks!!

I think you probably o'd on the 13th just because of days between Oing and your cycle. But I really don't understand why you would get a positive OPK later either. I think our whole group on here is having problems with ovulation this cycle.

Yeah, a little weird isn't it.... how frustrating. I mean at least I know that I did O I just don't really know when...

Monday Check-In
Name:Briana
Date:July 12
Chart:http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/2e5c92
Where are you in your cycle:CD 25, no O yet
Appointments:July 28th
Symptoms if they apply:Nope None
Testing:None
Thoughts: I am very upset because I thought I o'd last week my temps were even up 3 days then they dropped we would have timed it perfectly. Now it looks like yesterday could have been O and there was no way possible to DTD and I will not see my hubby again until tomorrow night . I hate this, I hate my body, and I am sick and tired of my sister in law who is fertle myrtle trying to tell me she understands because it took her 3 months on her last pregnancy so she understands, but she doesnt she has normal cycles O's the same day everymonth. I would love to be in my 2WW just for once. I have not O'd since I started trying in late April.

And I just want to say thanks to the girls on here for being a real support group. And Sweat Bea I know we will get our chance soon

Monday Check-In

Name: Sweet.Bee
Date: 12 July 2010
Chart: http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/2e2172/
Where are you in your cycle: CD26, 1DPO (I think)
Appointments: Need to schedule yearly.
Symptoms if they apply: My temp jumped a lot this morning, so I think I finally Oed on CD25. CM is creamy now, which is typical post-O for me. I was feeling a dull ache in my right ovary this morning, but not so much at the moment. Also, feeling a bit crampy/uterusy now, which is probably leftover aches from ovulation.
Testing: Probably at 16DPO.
Thoughts: Just hope I ovulated finally, and even more that I'm pregnant.

And sending extra to ZoeJane'sMommy.

Hey everybody, just checking in to see how everyone is doing. Briana, what did the doctor say when you visited? They put you on the metformin right but did they mention trying anything else soon? Did they check your progesterone levels? I hate that you are having to wait all this time to ovulate when there are drugs that can help you.

Where are you in your cycle: CD7
Appointments: none
Symptoms if they apply: grumpy... everyday for the last few days=grumpy
Also, the last few days I've had HORRIBLE cramps!! I never get cramps like that but I have had horrible stretchy uterusy pains lately... so I took a test this morning just to double check that I had my period even though I was pregnant... and of course BFN. But whatever. I'm just over it at the moment. Hope I find some hope in the next few days so I can start BDing in a good spirit.
Thoughts: see above. Bah Humbug. lol.

Can I join???

Hello all! My name is Torre. DP is Shawn. I am 26 and he is going to be 31. We are getting remarried (long story) on July 30th this month if all goes as planned (city hall wedding). We have 2 children Abrielle is 3 (April 07) and Annalise is 11 months July 09. I am currently a student and applying for nursing school (lpn) for this January. I also work as a CNA in a nursing home. This is our first cycle temping and trying. I was on Depo for 2 cycles, then the pill last month to restart my period. I am currently on CD2. Can I join?

Monday Check-In:
Name: Torre
Date: 7/12/10
Chart: How do I link my chart
Where are you in your cycle: CD2
Appointments: none
Symptoms if they apply: none
Testing: not yet
Thoughts: A little concerned we might have a hard time conceiving. Both my girls were oops pregnancies. Our second child is our biological child, my first is mine from a previous relationship (another long story). Right before I got pregnant with DD2, DP had a sperm analysis and it wasn't good. Then along came Anna. I am hoping we have the same dumb luck this time. We are leaping and not totally looking since I am supposed to be in nursing school when the baby would be coming. But, well, we want this and I can do anything I put my mind to, right?

On another note, I am having my period and well, DP ate all of my frickin cool mint Oreos last night while I was working. He is in SO much trouble...
