EWCM but no ovulation?

My cycle is irregular, so I pretty much track CM to keep track of when to expect my period. We use condoms for contraception, FWIW. Anyway, I had EWCM about three weeks ago, and that seems to happen a day or two before ovulating most of the time; but I still haven't had a period and all pregnancy tests are negative. Is it possible that stress (we're moving) could have delayed ovulation even after the onset of EWCM? Or might it be because I took a Mucinex around that time? Or is it still possible that I might be pregnant? I do not want to be pregnant right now, so I hope not. Anyone have any ideas?

Yes, you can definitely have patches of EWCF without actually Oing. The fact that you were moving and stressed out can also have that effect FORSURE. Taking the mucinex would not have stopped you from Oing but it probably would have taken away the EWCF (the reason why if you are using NFP you have to be careful when taking medicine!).

So, short answer, YES - you might not have Oed.

You might still be preggo - since there is no way to know if you did O or not without the temps to back it up
