You have got to be kidding me.

I woke up this morning, sat down and felt a gush. Went to the bathroom, and it was blood and a good size clot. Seriously?????? 3 miscarriages in a row??? Cervix is closed but there is a lot of blood at the cervix. And of course, my mom, brother and sister just got here yesterday, don't know I'm pregnant, and I'd have to go to the town an hour away to get an u/s, so I'm debating just letting it happen. I'm not sure what they would be able to tell me anyway beyond that there is a gestational sac - I'm only 5w2d today, so too early for a heartbeat. Please be praying.

Sorry you have to deal with this again.

Oh no--- I can't tell you what to do but personally I would let it happen naturally at home. I would definitely tell your mum and brother what is going on-- you need to be taken care of! Praying...

Yeah, I am definitely going to let it hapen naturally, I have done that with my first loss at 5 weeks and my second loss at 12.5 weeks. I have had SCHs with the 12.5 week loss and my DD's pregnancy, but the bleeding was different - more red. This is like pre-AF bleeding.

With your cervix being closed, I am going to be hopeful for you!! Are you cramping at all? Did you dtd recently, or exercise? Pelvic exam? I hate that you are having to go through this. My prayers are with you (((hugs)))

Just wanted to update - my beta came back yesterday at 3750 at 23dpo or 5w2d, and the spotting has completely stopped - so I'm cautiously hopeful. I know I'm prone to subchorionic bleeds (have had them with DD and with the last baby for sure) but have never bled like that with a clot before so it scared the ever living daylights out of me. I will be getting another beta and a u/s tomorrow (not that I think the u/s will show much but my OB insisted and wouldn't let me schedule it for next week when there was a possibility of a heartbeat). I think the beta will be more telling honestly - so here's to hoping.
