I have about four cups of old honey I need to use up. Any ideas for recipes?

I know this sound really odd, but I'd totally make wax to sugar my legs with. (If it really truly was extra).

Just so you know, honey never goes bad or spoils, so you don't necessarily need to use it up immediately unless you just want it gone.

baklava sounds like it would use a bunch (I've never made it).
honey-peanut butter-coconut oil balls

Honey ice cream, honey cake, baklava will each use about a cup.

Honey butter is great to keep around the house. But like a pp sais, it doesn't go bad, so might as well just hang onto it.

Make mead! With 4 lbs you could make a gallon of traditional or 2 gallons of a fruit based mead. Yum!

I was also going to say that honey never goes bad, so you should be able to keep it as long as it takes to use it up. But my favorite ways are:

hm granola
over plain or vanilla yougurt
pb, honey and banana sandwiches.

love pb, honey, and banana sandwiches! And DH thinks it's crazy. I'll tell them there's at least one other person in the world who eats them

My whole fam eat's this. It's yummy.
Sometimes I take a banana and peel one side of the peel off.
I smear pb or other nut/seed butters on it and drizzle with honey.
I eat it right out of the peel. So good!
