Can you TF but hate most meat?

I have always hated eating meat. I've always gotten sick to my stomach eating it, thinking about it, smelling it cooking.

I love eat most seafoods, eggs milk so those things aren't even a worry.Is there a ocean based TF diet? We live close to the coast and there is a river at the end of our street we can get fresh fish out of. Any ideas/recipes that use water critters?

Absolutely. I don't have any great recipes (although the first thing I'd make if I was doing TF your way would be a good fish stock for the fabulous minerals and other goodies.) There are folks who do vegetarian versions of TF. It's all about eating real, whole foods, and how you prepare them. Get in some good ferments (you could do kefir and yogurt w/ the milk) and make sure to eat lots of good fats (which you could get from your dairy, fish and eggs). Eat some fish roe as well for the benefits.

If you can find a great seafood cookbook, I might start there--just subbing things like veggie oil for good fats (butter, olive oil, coconut oil, etc.)

Certainly! Dr. Price found that cultures who ate fish were the most healthy. You might also consider broths from other animals or cooking your steak less well done. A lot of people don't digest cooked meat as well.

I prefer to eat vegan but suppliment wtih animal products as needed. I don't want to rely on any processed soy products for example, so when at my mom's all day I"ll eat a can of fish or something....she keeps things for me like that. My kids/DH love meat sources and i'm happy about that. I feel less of a strain as a family on the environment since i can happily and HEALTHFULLY sustain myself without the portion of animal. I do eat some turkey, and seafood, mostly herring (i love it marinated in wine/herbs/peppercorns) canned salmon, tuna. I don't care for much shelfish. I also eat eggs
