what about duck?

Does anyone know how allergenic (or not) duck is? I cannot find any info on it. It's part of our regular diet and I would love to give it to dd.

Did you look on the Joneja allergy chart? That shows allergenicity of foods (IgE). ANY food can cause ANY symptom for intolerances. On our informal survey here, a while ago, only 2 people had issues with duck.

It's not on that allergy chart or any that I can find...but I feel braver about giving it a try if most seem to be okay with it.

you're right. I didn't see it on the Joneja allergy chart either. weird. well, as with any new food, I'd watch and wait when feeding the first couple of times, especially if they've had other allergies.
