We are a group of families in Park Slope, Brooklyn starting a Holistically-Oriented Cooperative Playgroup for our children in the fall.
We will meet 2-3 mornings/week, rotating in family's homes in Park Slope
Our children will be ages 2 years - 3.5 years
We are in the process of hiring a teacher who is progressively-oriented, and attuned to the whole child, and especially understanding of social-emotional development
The group will be both structured and unstructured, with a focus on the arts and learning through active play
Parents will serve as teacher's assistants on a rotating basis when they host in their homes
The group will be comprised of families who are holistically oriented in lifestyle / parenting style
We are looking for just a few more children and families to complete the group as soon as possible. If you're interested, please reply with a note about yourself, your family, your child/ren, and your level of interest.
