ok, DH just got home, I'll ask him to help me load some pics.

I'm with everyone else on this: Wow, Amanda! You look fantastic! And I'm glad to see someone else has figured out the slimming accessory of a baby in a sling

I've got a big walk planned for today, about 5 miles, and it's a lovely day for it. I've been doing reasonably well on my "cut back the bread" plan. I only had two slices yesterday (and that's the end of my yummy oat loaf, and I won't make another), vs my usual 6 or 8. I've been having yogurt and fruit for breaky and then I have another breakfast a few hours later of a ham omelette. Just ham and two eggs. It's too early to see any change, but I have been meeting my goal of 2000 cal/day. I'd love it if, when my husband comes home later this month, he could see some difference, but I have my doubts about that. Even with a couple pounds weight loss, it's not readily visible.

You look great Mandica, and ruby is so cute! And so funny that our babies were born on the exact same day! Go us!

I get 32 points a day, but try to aim for around 30 (since last time breastfeeding didn't help me lose weight at all, and I have always had an oversupply, so not worried about that.) I have a hard time getting all my daily points in sometimes, and I have never had to go into my weeklies. I have been losing at least 1.5 lbs a week. . Make sure you are following the Good Health Guidelines too.

Crazy, I get 37 WW points/day! Could that be right? Female, breastfeeding, 35, 195 lbs, 5 ft 4 in
It really seems like a lot of points

I got you at 35. You add 12 for breasfeeding and thats it, not the additional 2 for being a woman.

so 19 for your weight, 12 for nursing, 3 for your age, and 1 for height. Does that make sense?

and i just redid mine and i get 33. oops. i think I will stick to 32 though, so i don't have to readjust when I hit the 150's.
I get 16 for weight, 12 for nursing, 4 for age & 1 for height.

oh and pacificbliss- i totally remember you from our thread last year, losing weight while ttc! haha. glad we made it to the postpartum stage!

I just saw this and would love to join. I started WW 2 weeks ago and haven't done so well as of yet. I am exercising more tho, so that's a plus.

I'm 200 right now : and my goal is 150. I'm just working on 10lbs goals at a time.

Thanks! The tan is courtesy of the gym pool, lol (and I'm a sunscreen freak)

Smidge! You can do it, 10lbs at a time is more manageable, less overwhelming......exercise helps a lot IME.

Welcome smidge!

Nola, I was obsessed with WW points and missed your post. You look incredible!

Great job ladies! I'm impressed with all of your progress and I love seeing pictures of you and your little ones!

I still haven't weighed myself since the vacation, but I really haven't worked out much since then either. As soon as I finish this post I plan to go work out. Maybe. If the baby wakes up from her nap before I have to start dinner, because she's sleeping in the room I have to use for my workout.

Here are some pictures though

7 weeks pregnant
About 9 months pregnant

3 months postpartum--Side Shot
3 months postpartum--Front Shot

5 months postpartum--Side shot
5 months postpartum--Front shot

I still have 12-15 lbs to go, and lots of toning to do. Some days I feel great and others I feel like a Whale. I'm still holding on to a lot of weight in my bum/thighs and I still feel really pouchy after eating a big meal.
I'm really hoping to feel like I'm 100% back in my "real" body by the time I'm 9 months postpartum, even if I'm not the exact size and shape as I was before.

Oh, and here's a recent shot of my little family

Great pics Kitteh!
I love your 9months pregnant one... WOW belly
You look super good now too!

I decided to go over on points tonight. it seems, as Amanda has shared with us too, If I go over on points about one night a week I'll lose even more! Don't really know if there is any science to this or not.

The best part of this is the control factor...
DH wanted pizza and icecream. We grabbed a large pepperoni and took it to the waterfront. I managed to have only one slice (7 points) (I had already eaten dinner, but totally could have downed like 3 or 4 slices if I'd wanted to). Then we went to Wendys for some frosty icecreams and I ordered the Jr. Size one which is only 4 WW points.
My control was tested when they gave us an extra jr. frosty and I tossed it instead of eating it.

Feels good to find my motivation again.
Oh!
And I tried on a few dresses from a couple summers ago and... They Fit!

Kitteh- you are NOT a whale! You look great! Your family is so cute...I love Ela's hat, ya'll look so very happy. I almost posted a 9 months preg pic, maybe when I get down to where I really want to be, I'll post the whole pic story......
Mandica- don't you love it when old clothes fit? It's like having a whole new wardrobe! Congrats

oh how cute are you? seriously, you look great. you even looked great 9 months pregnant, a baby belly on a skinny minnie body! i feel embarrassed for posting my pics, since i am so much bigger than all of you. i could be all of your before pictures. granted, i had weight to lose before getting pregnant, but it feels so silly to be celebrating still over 160lbs, when i SHOULD be in the 140's.

hahah now don't get mad if this doesn't work. LOL.
but yay for progress! I love this website.
It has a list of restaurants and dishes and their point equivalents. We eat out a lot more than we should haha.

oh yeah, i should probably also mention that the scale has consistently told me 162.5 for 3 days now. I just wish it would budge. I hope this isn't a plateau.
