I'll start again!!!

Everybody come on in and log your cardio/workout/fitness minutes. Doing it this way keeps me straight. It's a nice way to 'see' how hard I'm working.

I need to get my butt to work this month. I'm going to Cancun and need to rock my bathing suit! I'm swear I'm gonna wear a bathing suite the entire week!!!! Tone tone tone tone......... I'm in for 1500!

7/1 - 50 minute trail run

I'd love to join in! I'm trying to shed about 10-15lbs fat and build muscle in its place. I've been faithfully exercising 6 days a week for the last 6 1/2wks, and I'm starting to see some definition in my arms and legs and am feeling strong and energetic. I've lost 10lbs so far and am watching my body fat % drop each week. I'm also getting into running again. Here is my activity so far this month...

7/1 - 0
7/2 - 85 min run, 45 min upper body weights(shoulders, chest, triceps, back, biceps)
7/3 - 30 min fast walk
7/4 - 60 min run in the rain - ah nice!

Hi, everyone! I've been working out (even made my 1000 min last month!), just haven't posted in a long time. I got sick in Feb and stayed sick most of Feb and all of March (thus did not exercise at all). Had the baby in April. Started working out again in May. It was hard to start back after losing all that time, but I am feeling good now.

So far this month, I've done 132min. Today I did:
27 min 30 day shred
30 min wii JM fitness ultimatum 2010

Hey Hey Hey!!!!!! I used to worry a lot when those things would happen. Now I try not to get stressed out when something out of the blue causes me to stop working out or to slow down. Like last month, I had oral surgery and didn't imagine for a second that it would take me out of the game totally. For a week! But it all worked out really. I actually ended up losing weight because I completely cut out all of the carbs and junk I am used to eating. Probably should have been a lesson to me!!!!
