7/1 - 50 minute trail run
7/2 - 45 minutes yard work - cutting, weeding, digging, planting
7/3 - 60 minutes - 25 minute run, 25 minute lunges, pushups and squats, 10 minute walk
7/4 - 60 minutes tilling the garden, pulling up green beans (not in that order!) and planting beans, broccoli and eggplant
7/5 - off!
7/6 - 90 minutes running at the park with xc team. about 20 minutes of it was spent walking, jogging slow looking for a lost kid!
7/7 - 25 minute slow jog with kiddo #3
7/8 - 40 minutes lifting weights at gym
7/9 - 60 minute walk/run I really tried. I was just so hot It was a horrible run
7/10 - 30 minute easy run with hubby
7/11 - off
7/12 - off
7/13 - off
7/14 - off
7/15 - 35 minute run
7/16 - 40 minutes total 25 run 15 minute swim
7/17 - 200 minutes 50 minute run and then 2.5 hours building fence in yard! Ugh - manual labor in the heat sucks
7/18 - 30 minute run
7/19 - 30 minute run
7/20 - off - traveling day headed to Cancun!!! on flight 815 (isn't that hilarious!)
7/21 - 60 minute run and weights
7/22 - 75 minute run
7/24 - 135 total 90 minute run/walk 45 minutes swimming
