Yeast on the neck skin

My dog is a lab/mastiff mix. She got a tonsil infection back in March and almost died. She had to stay in the hospital for a week and have very large doses of antibiotics and other medication. Since then she has had a lot of problems with yeast on her neck (she has folds there). I don't want to bring her back to the vet because I think all the medications, although necessary at the time, were what caused this in the first place. On top of that we have another dog who will lick her to death if we put something on her so it needs to be safe. And we have a toddler too who loves to cuddle with her.
Does anyone know of a natural remedy?

Ok....could be a hot spot. What we generally do is shave the area to get air to it, gently clean, rinse and dry the area well. Then we either let it be or use a topical cream (panalog, variton). Panalog is for both yeast and bacteria. Variton helps the itch.

Thank you! Where do you get these two creams?
