am looking for a penpal for the oldest child of my son's primary school teacher.

...first to write to each other but with a view to have an exchange in the future (one week in each family/country) if the families get on/are a good fit.

so it's a girl of 13 who has had only 2 years of english at middle school, she has 2 little brother & they live in the south of France.
